A position has become available for an experienced Accounts Assistant working from our Head Office located at B9 4EG
To be considered for this role you will need all round accounts experience, be comfortable using Excel and have used a computerized accounting system. Experience of Xero accounts would be advantageous but not essential.
Duties will include:
- Daily cash postings & allocation
- Matching delivery notes to invoices
- Entering purchase ledger invoices
- Checking ledger statements
- General administration & HR
- Assisting the Financial Controller/Directors with any ad-hoc tasks
Attributes needed for the role:
- Highly numerate & accurate
- Able to manage own workload
- Proficient with Excel
- 40 hour week 8am till 4:30pm
- 20 days holiday plus statutory holidays
- On site parking
